Entrusted request - Colored stones

The entrusted allows you to receive one or more stones for a given period and without paying.
Once this time has elapsed, the stones will either be returned or invoiced.
In case of return, the stones must be in original condition and accompanied by their original packaging.
As soon as they are received, they will be examined in order to check whether they conform to what was sent.
We do not refund stones that are damaged or do not match the description in color, quality andother specificities notified on the entrusted voucher.
